Meet Waylon

Waylon is the kind of dog who makes himself right at home in your heart. This handsome mixed-breed boy is about 1.5 years old and weighs around 55 pounds, with a wonderful mix of playful energy and sweet affection.

Waylon is a friendly, social pup who truly loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have canine companions to play with. He enjoys wrestling and playtime with his dog friends, but he is just as happy soaking up attention from his people. He has a joyful, curious personality and approaches the world with enthusiasm.

He has good house manners and does well in his crate, especially when you toss in a treat as you head out. He walks fairly well on a leash and is eager to learn, responding nicely to guidance and structure. Waylon takes corrections well and is settling into home life beautifully.

Waylon would thrive in a home with playful dog siblings or a family of active humans who enjoy spending time together. A fenced yard would be a nice bonus so he can safely run and play, but his biggest need is a home where he can be included and loved.
